Join Langara Counsellors and fellow students for a guided mindfulness practice of RAIN - Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture. RAIN is a four-step practice that helps us take pause, find new perspective, and respond to the stress in our lives with greater calm, confidence, and clarity.
