Langara Return to Learning Course
If this is your first time on academic suspension, you may be eligible to appeal for early readmission if you choose to successfully complete Langara’s Return to Learning (LRTL) course option. Under this new option, early readmission is not guaranteed, and you will still be required to sit-out for a minimum of one semester while you complete the LRTL course

Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) Social Support Group
Do you experience anxiety, low mood, and/or loneliness? Then the Dungeons and Dragons Social Support Group might be for you! Together with 6–8 others and a Langara counsellor, you will face off against evil as powerful adventurers within a therapeutic tabletop gaming framework. This group will start on September 28 and meet every Tuesday from 1:30 pm–3:30 pm (PDT) until November 16. Sign up for the Dungeons and Dragons Social Support Group.

Counselling Group for Women of Colour
This group offers a safe and confidential space where students who self-identify as women of colour can be in community with one another. The group will be facilitated by counsellors who also self-identify as women of colour. This is a skills-based therapy group, meaning participants will have a chance to process their experience as it relates to learning mindfulness, self-compassion, and emotional regulation strategies. Sessions will run virtually on Zoom every Thursday from 1:00 pm–2:30 pm beginning February 3 until March 17 (no class on February 24). Sign up.
