Attending the Convocation Ceremonies

Tickets and Regalia

All faculty, CS Instructors, and staff who wish to attend convocation as a guest must RSVP to obtain a ticket. Seating in the Queen Elizabeth Theatre is limited. Tickets to the ceremonies are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

All faculty, CS Instructors, and staff must wear regalia to attend the Convocation Ceremonies.The College will provide a black masters style gown and a hood from UBC, SFU, or UVic that is the closest available match to their credential. We are not able to provide doctoral regalia.

Employees who wish to ensure they have specific regalia to reflect their credential have the option of purchasing from Harcourts at a 20% discount. Orders must be submitted before April 15, 2023. If you wish to purchase regalia, please contact Harcourts at info@harcourts.ca to place your order.

Following each ceremony, all faculty, CS instructors and staff attending are invited to join the Alumni reception at the plaza, šxʷƛ̓exən Xwtl’a7shn (formerly the QET Plaza, June 2018) in front of the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.
