Co-op information

The Nutrition and Food Service Management Diploma (Co-operative Education) option is intended for students who have no Canadian food service experience.  The Co-op placement is in the place of FSRV 1219. 

There are 3 other practicums in the Nutrition and Food Service Management Program. These are not co-op opportunities, but do give the students significant (200+ hours) workplace experience.
