Room Bookings

Several rooms on campus are available to book as meeting rooms. These rooms fill up quickly, so it is important to book your room as early as possible. To book a room or check availability, log into myLangara and click on Employee Meeting Room Booking:

  • Use the Calendar link on the top of the page to check specific days
  • Use the links to the different buildings on campus to check what meeting rooms are available to book
  • Note that the capacity for each room is indicated - book appropriately
  • Click on the time that you want to schedule under appropriate room header
  • Enter a brief description in the "Purpose" field to signify booking (e.g. "HR") 
  • Include name and extension number in "Description and Extension" field
  • Indicate duration and repetition in appropriate field(s)
  • Click "Save" after entering all details

If there are no rooms available to meet your needs, or you require the room for an alternate purpose (e.g. instructional activity), please fill out the Space Request Form and submit it to Registrar and Enrolment Services for processing. The form is accessible through myLangara:

  • Click on the College Forms tab
  • Click on College Services and Resources
  • Click on Service Departments

A confirmation of your booking will be returned to you once completed.
