The Hybrid Work Location Pilot program is a benefit to support employee experience, recruitment and retention.
This program is a pilot project as we learn what works and how to manage the risks associated with this new concept of hybrid work and identify any deficiencies before making decisions around ongoing solutions.
The pilot program and guidelines are open to all CUPE and Administrator employees.
