The IE Department believes that learning and growth goes beyond the classroom setting. In order to support international students’ social and cultural growth, we offer a variety of informational workshops. These free workshops address topics that are of relevance and interest for all international students. The IE Department provides a wide variety of workshops by creating joint partnerships with various departments at the College.

In addition to addressing students’ learning outcomes, we provide students with opportunities to connect with the community and create friendships by offering a variety of social, recreational and cultural activities on and off campus.

- Trip to the Vancouver Aquarium
- Intramural sports at the Langara gym
