The following awards are for international students in regular studies, please read the eligibility criteria and application instructions. For more general awards, visit the College's general scholarships page. 

LEAP to Academic Studies Entrance Scholarship (application not required)
This is awarded to a student who has been successfully admitted to a Langara Regular Studies University Transfer, Career, or Post-Degree program or Continuing studies full-time program leading to a credential. The recipient must be registered in nine or more Regular Studies credits or full-time in a CS program in the first semester directly following LEAP 8 completion. The scholarship will be awarded to the student with the highest LEAP 8 grade. If the above criteria are equally met by more than one student, then the award goes to the student with the highest final exam grade.
Three awards per academic year (Fall, Spring, and Summer term): $1,500 each

Academic Success in a Post Degree Certificate or Diploma (application not required)
This award is presented to a Langara College international student who has achieved the highest Langara CGPA in the first term of their post-degree certificate or diploma program and who is currently registered full-time in the second term of their post-degree certificate or diploma program. 
Three awards per academic year (Fall, Spring, and Summer term): $1,500 each 

International Education Department Staff Award (application required)
This is awarded to a currently-enrolled full-time Langara College international student who has completed a minimum of two full-time terms at Langara College and who has a minimum CGPA of 2.33. The recipient will have made a significant contribution of service to the college community by having completed at least 25 hours through the IEVP and/or VOLT programs.
Two awards per academic year (Fall/Spring): $1,500 each

Glen and Carole Egilson Community Building Award (application required)
This is awarded to a currently-enrolled full-time Langara College international student who has completed a minimum of two full-time terms at Langara College and who has a minimum CGPA of 2.33. The recipient will be able to demonstrate commitment and dedication to facilitating cultural and academic adjustments for international students and embodies the spirit of giving and hospitality.
One award per academic year (Fall): $1,500

i-Guide Mentors Award (application required)
This award is presented to a Langara college international student with a minimum CGPA of 2.33 who has completed a minimum of two or more terms as an i-Guide mentor, with preference given to those applicants who were previously mentees in the program. The recipient must be able to demonstrate contribution to helping new students overcome hurdles to academic and personal success. The recipient will also have demonstrated leadership contribution to the i-Guide program (example: organizing events, team leader, and/or other initiatives). If all above criteria are equally met by more than one student, then the award goes to the applicant with the highest CGPA.
Two awards per academic year (Fall/Spring): $1,500 each

International Student Club Award (application required)
This award is presented to a Langara College international student who organized a student club that contributed to increasing intercultural awareness among students. The recipient of the award must be currently enrolled full-time with a minimum CGPA of 2.33 and who is a primary contact of the club. If all above criteria are equally met by more than one applicant, then the award goes to the applicant with the highest CGPA.
One award per academic year: Fall: $1,500

International Student Athlete Award
This award is presented to a Langara College international student who meets the athletics conference eligibility criteria, is currently a member of a Langara College athletics team, and who is in good academic standing. If all above criteria are equally met by more than one student, then the award goes to the applicant(s) with the higher GPAs.
$4,500 available per calendar year, distributed at the discretion of the Director of Athletics between one, two, or three recipients.
