We are Langara’s go-to destination for all things AV.

AV Services is made up of a team of individuals with wide-ranging industry credentials, and various backgrounds in Media and IT.

We work with the college communities, clients, and colleagues to develop and implement technological solutions that meet the pedagogical and operational requirements of Langara College.

We design, build, and maintain campus AV systems. We take care of the technical needs of events. We provide access to a variety of AV and IT equipment. We answer your urgent technical queries, as well as helping you improve your technology literacy. We are committed to developing Langara’s AV infrastructure, and supporting our instructors, staff, and students in whatever way we can.

AV Equipment Booking

You can make an advance or ad-hoc equipment booking request by going to langara.ca/ask-it, or call us at 5999 option 2, or simply drop by the AV Office in C265. Please note that some of the rules for borrowing AV equipment have changed. We are currently reviewing the existing guidelines and procedures in order to maintain access for our growing college community. If you have any questions about it, please let us know.

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Closed 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm on Tuesday)  
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
