On Sunday Nov 25th from 6:00 pm to midnight, we will be applying security updates to all IT systems, as a part of the monthly server maintenance program.

The following services will be intermittently unavailable for up to 2 hours during maintenance:

  • Library Online Catalogue System
  • Off-campus file access (myFiles)
  • On-campus access to network drives (H:, J:, and O: drives)
  • Printing system
  • iWeb
  • CourseWeb

The following services will be available:

  • Student Records, Finance and HR system (Banner)
  • myLangara Portal
  • myLangara student email
  • College website (
  • O365 employee email
  • Brightspace by D2L
  • eScribe
  • On campus Internet and WiFi
  • Telephone/Voicemail system

If you have any concerns regarding the above maintenance, please contact IT no later than Monday, November 19th, at or local 5119.
