IT will be conducting planned maintenance to all IT systems on main campus and remote CS campuses. All IT systems may experience intermittent outages, with the exception of the systems/services listed below.
The outage is scheduled to occur:
Sunday, July 29 from 7:00 am–3:00 pm
The following systems will be unavailable during 7:00 am–1:00 pm:
- The Student Records, Employee Records, Finance and HR system (Banner)
- myLangara Portal
- myLangara student email
The following services will be intermittent for up to 2 hours during the maintenance window:
- Off-campus file access (myFiles)
- The printing system
The following services will still be available:
- College website (www.langara.ca)
- Brightspace by D2L
- WiFi (eduroam, Langara & Langara Devices)
- CS classes scheduled in Computer labs
NOTE: Waitlist system – New waitlist offers will not be sent after 5:00pm on July 27, 2018. If you receive a waitlist offer before 5:00pm on July 27, 2018, you are still eligible to register for the course up until the waitlist notification expiry date and time. Waitlist system will begin sending new offers on July 29, 2018 at 3:00pm. Please see the Registration Guide for details.
