Eligibility:

Article XV.G   Applications for leave should be made in writing to the department head and must be approved by the President of the College or delegate.  Where the duration of the requested leave would require a replacement, application for leave wherever possible must be made a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to date of commencement. Should an application for personal leave without pay be denied, the applicant shall be provided, upon request, with the reasons for such denial in writing.

Pension contributions do not continue for the duration of this leave. Employees wishing to purchase service will be responsible for both the employer and employee contributions. Service may be purchased within 5 years of the end of the leave period or within 30 days of terminating employment, whichever is earlier.

Parking Pass

To cancel your parking pass, please log in to your Workday account and update your parking election. Please click here for instructions available on our Workday Training site. Your parking pass will be deactivated at the end of the month.
