Eligibility:
Article XV.G Applications for leave should be made in writing to the department head and must be approved by the President of the College or delegate. Where the duration of the requested leave would require a replacement, application for leave wherever possible must be made a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to date of commencement. Should an application for personal leave without pay be denied, the applicant shall be provided, upon request, with the reasons for such denial in writing.
