Thank you to everyone who participated in our 2016 Employee Engagement Survey. Our overall response rate was 58% - 493 employees total! Your feedback was compiled and reported to the Langara Leadership Team in early April. Departmental results were communicated to leaders in August and September. Leadership will share the results with their individual departments and begin to develop action plans in collaboration with their teams, during the fall semester. In alignment with Langara’s 2016-2020 Strategic Plan, we aim to provide you with a working environment that supports a culture of collegiality and respect. Your feedback will help the College develop action plans that acknowledge existing strengths and address core concerns or areas for improvement.
