Langara recently completed the second phase of its 25-year Master Plan to upgrade and expand the campus.

In 2016, the College completed construction of its new Science & Technology Building. Also known as the T Building, the LEED Gold-targeting facility features a dramatic, 16-metre cantilevered portion on its west facade and incorporates a skylight window that allows natural daylight to penetrate through to the ground below. The new facility adds 12,039 square metres (129,587 square feet) of much needed space to Langara's Main Campus and is home to several programs, including Biology, Computer Science, Internet & Web Technology, Nursing, Physics, and more. Langara's Registrar & Enrolment Services can also be found on the main floor. The building was officially opened on October 12, 2016.

In 2017, Langara will be updating the existing Master Plan to ensure it remains relevant for the continuous growth of the college as a vibrant institution of academic excellence.
