  • B Building (basement): Construction of new Mac lab and multipurpose classroom
  • B Building (main floor): Relocation of Disability Services to larger accommodations across the hall
  • The Hub: Relocation to A140
  • Exterior lighting program: replacing lights with LED bulbs to reduce energy consumption

Total Cost:

  • $54 million (includes all City of Vancouver requirements, site preparation, architect and engineering fees, construction, and furnishing of the building)
  • Funded in part by Langara's Building Fee, which was established in 2003 to accumulate capital for the future construction and retrofit of College facilities
