Langara College has a 25-year master plan to expand its campus. Phase 1 began in 2007, with construction of a new Library (2007) and Students' Union Building (2009). In 2009, Langara College put out an RFP to architectural firms to develop schematic designs for phases 2 and 3. In 2012, the CD1 text amendment was approved by the City of Vancouver to amend the policy statement allowing for a revised placement of new buildings on campus.

- A new Library and Students’ Union building were constructed as phase 1 of the master plan.

- Teeple/Proscenium Architects were the successful firm.

Master Site Plan II
This text revision changes the proposed development of a Creative Arts building in the northwest corner of the site to a Science & Student Services building and changes a proposed multi-purpose building in the southwest portion of the campus to a Creative Arts building.
