Kayleigh Beaubien – Langara Falcons
Second year Kayleigh Beaubien of the Falcons scored a pair of goals to seal the victory against VIU on Saturday. Her first was headed in off a cross from Carly Dhanda to the near side of the goal. Early in the second half she was sent on a breakaway where she beat the VIU keeper in a one on one and calmly finished what would be the game winning goal. She was not only a threat offensively, but she worked relentlessly on defence in both game.
