Tom Flockhart, a PGA of Canada ‘Class A’ professional at Quilchena Golf and Country Club in Richmond, brings a wealth of experience to the Falcons. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 2002 and has a strong background in teaching, coaching, and competing. “I look forward to the opportunity to share my experience and be a positive influence on our student-athletes. It will be a challenge as a first-year team, but our goal is to qualify for the national championship,” he said.

Flockhart won the Playing Ability Test in 2002 to join the PGA of Canada when he shot 10 under par over two rounds. He also won the Canadian Junior Golf Association (CJGA) Tour Championship in 1996. Flockhart comes to Langara with some experience in the Canadian Colleges Athletic Association (CCAA) as a former member of the Durham College golf team in Oshawa, Ontario, where he studied professional golf management. He brings a passion for the game and he is excited to bring success to the Langara golf team.
