This year’s event will be held in person at the A Building Main Foyer and will showcase a number of exciting faculty and student projects. It is a wonderful opportunity for our community to learn about Langara’s research work.

Attendees will have the opportunity to visit project presentation booths and interact with our presenters, which will include student researchers.

The event details are as follows:

Where: A Building Main Foyer

Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to attend. This year, we will be holding a prize draw for Langara student attendees to win Chartwells gift cards. We look forward to seeing you there!

Booth Information for Exhibitors

Each exhibitor booth will consist two backdrop panels (each 24" wide x 36" high) for mounting posters or photos, etc. The front table is 3 feet x 6 feet and will come with a table cloth. A maximum of two (2) chairs will be provided by request. If you request a monitor for digital display, it must sit on the table so the aisle can be left clear. 

The Exhibitor Information package contains important details, such as key deadlines, printing specs, and tips for preparing display materials and booth setup.
