June 22:

International Students and Open Career Registration. Students in career and limited enrolment programs may register into courses that were unavailable to them during their scheduled registration time.

July 1:

Canada Day. College closed.

August 1:

B.C. Day. College closed.

August 18:

FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE! Students must pay all fees before 2100 hours (9:00 p.m.) or they will be dropped from their courses at 2100 hours (9:00 p.m.) on August 23, 2011.

August 18-20:

Access to registration restricted. See Registration Access Schedule for more details.

August 23:

Students will be dropped from all courses if they have an outstanding balance on their student account.

September 5

Labour Day. College closed.

Last day to drop regular semester and May - June half-semester courses (before 2100 hours) for a 100% tuition fee refund (less any non-refundable, non-transferable fees).

September 6:

First day of classes for regular semester and September to October half-semester courses.

September 8:

Last day to drop September - December half-semester courses (before 2100 hours) for an 80% tuition fee refund (less any non-refundable, non-transferable fees).

September 12:

Last day to add courses without instructor permission.

Last day to drop regular semester courses (before 2100 hours) for an 80% tuition fee refund (less any non-refundable, non-transferable fees).

September 13:

First day for withdrawals for regular semester and September - October half-semester courses. Students who do not want to continue in a course must withdraw from the course and will not receive a refund. A 'W' will appear beside the course on their transcript.

September 14:

Interest and late payment charges will begin to be applied to outstanding accounts. See Fee Payment.

September 30:

Last day to withdraw from September - October half-semester courses.

October 10:

Thanksgiving Day. College closed.

October 19:

Study day for September - October half-semester courses.

October 20-21:

Final examinations for September - October half-semester courses.

October 24:

First day of classes for october - December half-semester courses.

Last day to add October - December half-semester courses.

October 26:

Last day to drop October - December half-semester courses (before 2100 hours) for an 80% tuition fee refund (less any non-refundable, non transferable fees).

October 27:

First day for withdrawals from October - December half-semester courses. Students who do not want to continue in a course must withdraw from the course and willnot receive a refund. A 'W' will appear beside the course on their transcript.

October 28:

Last day for withdrawals from regular semester courses.

November 11:

Remembrance Day. College closed.

November 18:

Last day for withdrawals from October - December half-semester courses.

November 21:

December 2:

Last day of classes for regular semester courses and October - December half-semester courses.

December 5 - 16:

FINAL EXAMINATIONS for regular semester courses and October - December half-semester courses.

College closed.

Last day of the Fall Semester.

International Students and Open Career Registration. Students in career and limited enrolment programs may register into courses that were unavailable to them during their scheduled registration time.

December 17:

FEE PAYMENT DEADLINE! Students must pay all fees before 2100 hours (9:00 p.m.) or they will be dropped from their courses at 2100 hours (9:00 p.m.) on December 21, 2011.

December 21:

Students dropped from courses if there is an outstanding balance on their student account.

December 22:

New Year's Day. College closed.

January 2:

Day in lieu of New Year's Day. College closed.

January 3:

Last day to drop regular semester and January - February half-semester courses (before 2100 hours) for a 100% tuition fee refund (less any non-refundable, non-transferable fees).

January 4:

First day of classes for Spring Semester 2012.

January 6:

Last day to drop January - February half-semester courses (before 2100 hours) for an 80% tuition fee refund (less any non-refundable, non-transferable fees).
