Vancouver, BC – Local newspaper The Georgia Straight today announced their 21st Annual Best of Vancouver awards. Langara College Continuing Studies is proud to be awarded Runner-Up in the category Best College/School/University for Continuing Education. Langara College is also a Runner-Up in the category Best Place to Learn a New Language.

“With so many excellent programs and resources in our city, it's a great honour indeed to be recognized in this way. We've worked hard to keep our life-long learning programs current, relevant, and of the highest quality. We're really happy to know that the most important people in those programs - our students - feel the same way.”
Langara Continuing Studies has won similar awards, including Bronze in the WestEnder/Courier 18th Annual Best of the City awards for Best Continuing Education Facility in Vancouver.
