To all of our graduates,

Yesterday, we had the privilege of watching you cross the stage and receive your credential. This piece of paper is not just an achievement, but a token from the future. It is your new life waiting for you and everything you have dreamed over the past few years. That piece of paper does not just represent two or four years of school work, it is a stepping stone to new opportunities and a world waiting for you to conquer it.

We thank you for sharing your time, thoughts and inspirations with us. This is said with gratitude to each of you. Because you shared your world, you challenged us to become better instructors and inspired us with your continued optimism and promise. You forced us to push further and become better ourselves each semester. You made the Langara School of Management a better place to be every year. We thank you for helping us achieve our goals as well – to continually improve the student experience by providing both personal and professional opportunities and prepare students to grow, become career ready and the preferred choice of employers. It is only through you that we are able to achieve these goals.

Moving forward from yesterday, you are graduates and new alumni, please do not forget us as we will not forget you. Each and every one of you have been a beacon of light for us and we look forward to watching you go into the world and share your light and exuberance in your new life and new career.

Congratulations new graduates, you have earned a great prize - the future.

All the best,

The Langara School of Management Faculty and Staff
