Fitness

Born and raised in Ukraine, Yulia moved to Canada in 2004. Dance and fitness have always been a big part of her life. As a child she was always moving and dancing folk and later in life doing dance fitness. Yulia discovered Zumba® three years ago when she was looking for a fun and fast way to get back in shape after giving birth to her second child. Since then it has become her passion, and she is now an instructor herself.
